Platform meetings started with the theme “Olive” in Kösem Olive Oil Museum with the participations of  Engineering Faculty Dean Prof. Mustafa M. Demir and Departments chairs of Food, Chemical and Environmental Engineering. The issues of olive orchard conservation, olive tree growing, side product development from olive oil production, the impact on environment and waste management were discussed.
