- To provide research and design support services for the benefit of society, and to support community and science-based activities concordant with the Center’s objectives.
- To support graduate studies in the related subjects, and to provide the necessary infrastructure for educating specialized man power.
- To cooperate with national and international institutions, to exchange students and teaching staff, to give scholarships and prizes.
